CREDENTIALED MEDICAL ASSISTANT SOUGHT

for private mental health practice. Our practice includes a Child Psychiatrist and two Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. The CMA's primary duties will be to support these professionals and assist them in managing the clinical-administrative responsibilities associated with their practices. This will involve utilizing the practice's Electronic Health Records (EHR) system and managing some of the responsibilities associated with this system. This includes entering prescription requests and completing medication authorizations (e-prescribing), triaging patient communications, entering lab results, and coordinating scheduling. Other duties may be assigned for this 40 hour/week position.

for a multidisciplinary child, adolescent, family, and adult private practice in Charlottesville, VA. We seek a Child & Adolescent trained Nurse Practitioner to join a treatment team that includes a Child Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Psychologists, Social Workers, and Licensed Professional Counselors, all of whom provide treatment to children, adolescents, families and/or adults.

Our practice provides substantial administrative support, including insurance billing and inquiries, scheduling and screening referrals.
