Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. We are seeking a psychiatric nurse practitioner to provide care for adults age 35 and older. Practitioners who are able to practice autonomously are preferred but those who practice under a collaborative care agreement will still be considered. We have a strong treatment team that is collegial and collaborative, while also supporting autonomy. Qualified applicants will need to be able to work within a multidisciplinary team and function independently. Our practice provides substantial administrative support, including paneling, insurance billing and inquiries, scheduling, and screening referrals. Most of out psychiatric referrals are in-house from clients already in therapeutic treatment. There is the potential for developing a psychotherapy caseload in conjunction with medication management. An ideal candidate would be able to split their time working remotely and in-person with clients. Clinicians interested in working full as well as part time are encouraged to apply.

Clinical Psychologists. We are interested in considering adding a licensed or “approaching” licensed clinical psychologist to our staff. Given current need, clinicians who work with children and younger adolescents are preferred but not required. The opportunity to provide comprehensive psychological assessments in addition to therapeutic care is available but not required. We provide substantial administrative support including providing testing supplies, scheduling, insurance billing and inquiries, and screening referrals. As a multidisciplinary team, theoretical orientation is not as critical as maturity, ability to function effectively as a team member and colleague, and solid communication skills. An ideal candidate would be able to split their time working remotely and in-person with clients. Clinicians interested in working full as well as part time are encouraged to apply.

Licensed Master’s Level Clinician. We are interested in adding licensed clinicians to our team, particularly those who work with children and young adolescents, though that is not a requirement. Certification to provide supervision to pre-licensed clinicians is a benefit but not a requirement for consideration. Pre-Licensed Master’s Level Clinicians. With several staff clinicians on the qualified supervisor registry, we encourage pre-licensed LCSWs and LPCs to apply. The nature of our practice is to provide consistency and continuity of care. Thus, clinicians who intend to stay on as part of our practice after their license has been obtained is ideal.
