Therapy services.

We offer a variety of therapy services to meet the needs of our clients. This includes working with children (and often their parents), adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families. Our clinicians specialize in a variety of therapeutic modalities and approaches including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, internal family systems, EMDR for trauma, ERP for OCD, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, play therapy, and others. Many of our clinicians offer parent consultation/coaching, career counseling, and other services based on the presenting concerns and needs of the client.

Comprehensive assessments.

Our psychologists provide a range of assessment and testing services for children, adolescents, and adults. These include comprehensive evaluations to assess cognitive/intellectual abilities, personality functioning, educational/academic achievement, and diagnosis for other mental health concerns. We are able to evaluate for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Learning and Developmental Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Neurological/Cognitive disorder, Trauma-related disorders, and others. A battery of assessment techniques is developed to address a wide range of concerns and issues and provide client specific recommendations and interventions .

Medication Management.

Our Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners offer initial diagnostic services as well as continuing care for previously diagnosed and prescribed conditions. Often in conjunction with therapy services, our practitioners offer psychiatric evaluations for children through young adults.

Multidisciplinary & Family-Centered Care.

Many of our clients and their families receive multiple services within our practice. We believe that a multidisciplinary and family centered approach offers the most comprehensive and integrated level of care. This can include receiving couples therapy alongside individual, medication management after an assessment, or several members of a family being seen by different clinicians in our practice.
